How to Choose best Cat Food

Since I adopted my first cat, Goma, I’ve been interested in what’s actually in the cat food and found that a lot of people are promoting things that are not what you want. I’ve found that when you’re into best cat food, first you want to compare three choices- raw cat food, homemade cat food and organic cat food.

Now you can mail order raw cat food. You want to make sure the product is fortified with essential vitamins for your cat. Since being raw does not mean its complete nutrition. The meat itself should be preferably organic if not free of disease, not treated with antibiotics. And delivered frozen.

If you can take extra time, go homemade cat food. Get good quality (again preferably organic if not without disease, w/o antibiotics=human grade) muscle meat (not organ meat like liver). Once you get to know how to cook your cat’s favorite, you can cook a butch and freeze it.

The easiest way to start Best Cat Food diet is to buy organic cat food. It is costly compared to two other options but at least your cat starts healthy way of eating. It also gives advantage of transition your cat diet if your cat has been eating commercially prepared not so healthy cat meals.
